Why My Egg Fried Rice Recipe Is Better
My version is very simple and very easy to make. This recipe doesn't take much of effort to find ingredients for the dish.
My egg fried rice recipe uses only salt as the main ingredient.
Ingredients
- Leftover rice
- Leeks
- Carrots
- Ginger
- Garlic
- Salt
- Sugar
- Eggs
- Soy sauce
How to Make it
1. The first step is preparing the rice. What I do is cook some rice and leaving it to cool down and bit.
Or you can place it in a fridge fora couple of hours before making.
2. Now what I do is chop the necessary vegetables like ginger, garlic, Leeks, Carrots.
3. When the time is ready prepare your pan and add some any oil.
I recommend vegetable oil.
4. After heating the oil add the ginger and garlic fry it until it cook through.
The smell tells its ready.
5. After that add the chopped Carrots and Leeks and lower the heat and cook the vegetables Until it become soft.
Make sure to chop carrot very thin or use a grater.
6. Now crack the eggs and add them to the pan now mix all the ingredients.
Don't over cook the egg yet.
7. Now add the Leftover rice and the soy sauce also with salt to taste.
Now turn the nob to high and mix the rice with cooked ingredients.
8. That's it. Additionally, you can add some brown sugar to make it sweeter.
